Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in proceeding Na.Ka.No.1 of 2008 dated 12.01.2009 and the subsequent impugned revision order passed by the 2nd respondent in proceeding Na.Ka.No.1648/2009 Sa.Pa dated 24.08.2009 and the impugned review order passed by the 2nd respondent in proceeding Na.Ka.No.7207 of 2009 Sa.Pa dated 16.06.2010 and the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in G.O.(2D) No 66 CO-operation, Food & Consumer 1/4
Protection (CN2) Department dated 13.10.2014 and quash these orders and consequently direct the respondents to restore the petitioner in the post of Accountant & pay the backwages and other consequential benefits.

ORDER
Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
