The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the State made a submission that the Government has issued G.O.(2D) No.11, Labour and Employment (J1) Department, dated 06.02.2018 and issued notification to that effect. 2.In view of the said Government order, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
