The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Hon'ble V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.4322/2013 within one month from the date of disposal of this revision petition. For petitioner : M/s.S.Sridevi

ORDER

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in HMOP.No.4322 of 2013 before the V Additional Family Court, Chennai for restitution of conjugal rights against the

respondent. According to the revision petitioner, the respondent is intentionally dragging on the proceedings and petition is pending for more than years. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Petition before this Court for early disposal of the said HMOP.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that in a similar case in CRP.No.4589 of 2017, by Order dated 14.12.2017, this Court has disposed of the same by directing the court below to dispose of the HMOP in accordance with law within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would request this Court may dispose of this Civil Revision Petition in similar to the order passed in the earlier Civil Revision Petition.

3. On the request of the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, considering the facts, the HMOP is pending for more than three years and the revision petitioner has been serving in army, this Court is inclined to direct the V Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.4322 of 2013 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
