This petition has been filed to condone a delay of 553 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No.13137 of 2026.

2.Notice was issued by this Court by order dated 18.03.2026. As per the Registry's report dated 17.06.2026, notice has been duly served on the respondent. However, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent. Thus, it appears that the respondent has nothing to submit in this matter.

3.Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition on hand, the delay of 553 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.SR.No. 13137 of 2026 is condoned.

4.Thus, the petition is ordered.

5.Registry is directed to number the main case if it is otherwise in order and post it on 22.07.2026 under the caption "For Admission".
