Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct a fair enquiry based on the representations dated 21.01.2019 and 01.03.2019 by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and not to initiate any further registration in accordance with the survey nos. as stated above.

(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry based on the representations made by the petitioner on 21.01.2019 and 01.03.2019.
2. Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing, it was reported that, the petitioner's representation was considered and order has been passed by the 2nd respondent Sub-Registrar and sought time to produce the copy of the order passed by the authorities.
3. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4 would submit that, the 2nd respondent Sub-Registrar had passed an order vide proceedings No.46/2019 dated 03.06.2019 in the petitioner's representation and he has also sent the copy of the same through e-mail to the petitioner's counsel.
4. Considering the above submissions, since the 2nd respondent Sub-Registrar had passed an order in the petitioner's representation, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order in the manner known to law, if he is so advised. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
