The petitioner/A2, seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.74 of 2024 registered by the Respondent Police for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(2) of IPC read with Section 25(1A) of ARMS Act, 1959.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.

3. It is stated that, this petitioner and another accused were driving a motor cycle bearing Reg.No.TN 32 X 3908. They were tried to be apprehended by the respondent police. However, they pulled away and fled the scene. It is also stated that the accused had also shown a knife to the police. Apart from this case, there are twelve previous case pending against the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
