On the complaint lodged by one Sangeetha, a case in Podanur Police Station Crime No.764 of 2017 was registered on 05.08.2017 under Sections 406, 498 (A), 506 (i) I.P.C. against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Praveen Kumar (A1), Selvi (A2), Rajendran (A3), Yogapriya (A4) and Sivakumar (A5) for quashing which, the accused have filed this petition.

2. Today, Sangeetha and Praveen Kumar are present before this Court and they have filed a Memorandum of Understanding and Supplementary Memorandum of Understanding dated 21.04.2018 in which they have agreed to settle all their dispute. Sangeetha who is present before this Court has stated that she has no objection for FIR being quashed.

3. It is represented that the case in Crime No.764 of 2017 on the file of Podanur Police Station has been transferred to the file of All Women Police Station, Tambaram.

4. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the F.I.R. in Podhanur Police Station Cr.No.764 of 2015 now transferred to the file of All Women Police Station, Tambaram is hereby quashed as against all the accused. Consequently, Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
