(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 132 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 11.06.2025 passed in MCOP No.193 of 2018 on the file of the MACT, Sub Court, Mannargudi.

2.Notice had been directed to the respondents, notice had been served and proof affidavit had also been filed. But there is no appearance for the respondents.

3.It had been stated that owing to administrative reasons, there has been a delay of 132 days.

4.In view of the reasons stated, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
