(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The applications to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased respondents 6, 7, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21 and 23 during the pendency of the writ petition are allowed.

2. The amended cause-title be filed within a week.

3. Learned counsel appears on behalf of the legal heirs of the deceased respondents. Thus, there is no need to issue notice to them.

4. Let the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal (C.M.P.No.16832 of 2016) be listed on 20.04.2022.
