Seeking leave to sue respondents 2 to 5, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.Applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for declaration, recovery of possession and permanent injunction. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the schedule mentioned property is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and some of the respondents are also residing within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. He further submits that leave has been sought for on the ground that some of the respondents are residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
