Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records of the 1st respondent's order made in GO(2D) No.47 Revenue (Service 10(2)) Department dated 07.02.2013 and quash the same and so far the petitioner is concerned, thereby direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in 18th place in the Panel for promotion to the Post of Tashildar by relaxing Rule 7(b) of T.N.Revenue Subordinate Service Rules.
