This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to give police protection for the petitioner to fence her land in Survey No.434/6C of Morai Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District as per Tahsildar's Order dated 02.11.2018.

2. Heard Mr.K.Murugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Governmernt Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that earlier, the petitioner had approached this Court by filing a W.P.No.35888 of 2015 and this Court, by an order dated 05.04.2016 directed the petitioner to submit a fresh representation seeking police protection before the respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and on receipt of the same, the respondent was directed to consider and pass orders on merits for giving police protection to the Taluk Surveyor to measure https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the land in survey no.434/6C of Morai Village, Ambattur Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

4. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the Taluk Surveyor surveyed the petitioner's property and filed his report, dated 02.11.2018. Based on the report, the petitioner seeking for the purpose of fencing the land, the petitioner prayed for police protection.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation on merits, in accordance with law and provide adequate police protection to fence the petitioner's land.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
