ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to defreeze the petitioner's bank Account No.224100730700032 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The petitioner is holding an account with the second respondent in Account No.224100730700032. Being so, on request made by the third respondent, the second respondent has frozen the petitioner's account and did not permit the petitioner to operate his account. On enquiry, it revealed that a sum of Rs.10,000/-, which is disputed, has been transferred to the petitioner's account, which is lying on the file of the second respondent. Now the amount has been re-transferred to the complainant's account.

3. In view of above, the second respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to operate his account if no other request from any other police to defreeze the petitioner's account.
