CMP No.6892 of 2021 in C.M.A.SR.No.113638 of 2019 N.MALA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 164 days in preferring the above appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 07.06.2019 made in M.C.O.P.No.75 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ariyalur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing on 27.03.2023, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he had given a change of vakalat. The Registry was therefore directed to remove the name of the counsel for the petitioner and send fresh notice to the petitioner. It is seen that the draft notice was served on 20.04.2023 to the sole petitioner viz., Chakkaravarthi. In spite of service of notice, the petitioner has not appeared before this Court.
