Heard learned Government Pleader for the petitioner. 3.
This matter has been listed for virtual hearing, showing the name of the respondent in the cause list. But, no lawyer appears to have put in appearance on his behalf.

However, keeping in view the facts stated in the affidavits, filed in support of the petitions, we find sufficient cause having been shown in support of the petitions for condonation of delay of 296 days in filing the Writ Appeal and 193 days in re-presenting the appeal. The delay is, accordingly, condoned and both the petitions are ordered. 4.
The Writ Appeal shall be treated to be within time and shall be given the regular number.
