O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the rejection memo issued by the second respondent by memo dated 30.04.2019 and for a consequential direction to direct the second respondent to register the document.

2. Heard Mr.S.Radhakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3. On going through the records and after carefully considering the submissions made on either side, this Court deems it fit to direct the petitioner to present the document, along with all records, before the second respondent and the second respondent is directed to receive the same and proceed further strictly in accordance with law and register the document, if it is otherwise in order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
