Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 5th respondent in his letter No.38020 IUT-2015/E2/SZ/2015/3257 dated 06.05.2015 and quash the same in so far as the item No.47 in the 2nd page and to direct the respondents to retain the petitioner at CPCL, Manali till due date of superannuation on 17.01.2017.
