By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent / The Chairman (Reviewing Authority), Food Corporation of India, New Delhi, to dispose of his pending statutory review application within a time frame.

2. Mr.S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for respondents submitted that since the 1st respondent is the statutory https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

authority to consider the above said review application filed by the petitioner, eight weeks time may be given to consider the same.

3. Considering the pendency of the review application and by recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the statutory review application dated 10.07.2013 filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
