The above Civil Revision Petition is filed for an early disposal of H.M.O.P. No.67 of 2016, which has been pending since the year 2016 and despite the matter being transferred from the II Additional Court to the I Additional Family Court, Chennai , for orders dated 14.09.2018, the same has

not been progressed beyond the chief examination of PW1. The matter is being adjourned for the cross examination from 08.02.2018 onwards.

2. The learned I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P. No.67 of 2016 on or before 31.08.2019.

3. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
