(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to recognize the fact that General Power of Attorney dated 23.07.2020 is in force.

2. Heard Mr.Rahul Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. We perused the affidavit of the petitioners filed in support of this petition, wherein, it has been stated that Dinesh Kumar Agarwal was appointed as the power agent of the first petitioner herein under General Power of Attorney dated 23.07.2020 in favour of the said Dinesh Kumar Agarwal, which has been registered in Document No.92 of 2020 on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Villivakkam. It is further stated that by virtue of the said General Power of Attorney, Dinesh Kumar Agarwal is provided with necessary powers inter alia to conduct all legal proceedings on behalf of the first petitioner.
