Respondent and the 2nd Respondent to take action against the 3rd and 4th Respondents, since who in turn received the Petitioner's complaint forwarded by the 1st respondent for enquiry dated 28.01.2023 in C.No. 398/COP/Visitors/2023 in 28/DCT/COP(V)/2023 to the 3rd Respondent, and the complaint dated 30.01.2023 forwarded by the 2nd Respondent, in which on 02.02.2023, CSR No.39/2023 has been given by the 4th Respondent and failed to report the same to the 1st and the 2nd Respondent till date and kept pending under the guise of enquiry. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to take action against the 3rd and 4th respondents, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that pursuant to an enquiry conducted in CSR No.39 of 2023, the fourth respondent has registered an FIR in Crime No.524 of 2024 as against the accused persons and the same is pending for investigation.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
