Arbitration Original Petition filed under Section 34(2)(iv) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to set aside the Awards dated 06.12.2021 and 04.02.2022 and also order dated 03.01.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.Paul Vasantha Kumar, Former Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, Sole Arbitrator, in its entirety and to direct the respondent to pay the costs.

2. Today, both the learned counsel would submit that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties by virtue of Memorandum of Agreements dated 18.06.2024 and the same have been produced before this 2/4

Court. Hence, they requests this Court to order the present petitions in terms of the respective Memorandum of Agreements.

3. In view of the above, the Memorandum of Agreements are taken on record and these original petitions are ordered in terms of the respective Memorandum of Agreements dated 18.06.2024. The said Memorandum of Agreements shall form part and parcel of this order. Consequently, the connected applications are also closed.
