This application is taken out by the plaintiff seeking permission to file 9 documents as additional documents, as per the list appended to the Judges summons.

2. Ms.M.Revathy for Mr.N.Raja, learned counsel is present on behalf of the defendants 1 to 3. She would oppose the application and say that the documents filed should be proved in a manner known to law and that the plaintiff has to establish the relevance also.

3. Perused the affidavit filed by the applicant/plaintiff. Heard the submissions made at the Bar.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents/defendants if this application is allowed subject to proof and relevance. Both counsel agree to commence trial on 28.11.2016. Post the matter before the Additional Master-III on 28.11.2016.
