This application has been filed seeking to raise the order of attachment dated 20.12.2016 made in A.No.776 of 2015 filed by the respondent pertaining to the schedule mentioned immovable property.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the matter is settled between the parties and there is no objection for raising the attachment order passed by this Court in A.No.776 of 2015 dated 20.12.2016.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, the order of attachment passed in A.No.776 of 2015 dated 20.12.2016 is raised and the application is ordered.
