ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to consider as the acquisition of the petitioner's land has got vitiated as per Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of 12 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2023 and after issuing due notice to the petitioner, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
