ORDER

Mr.I.Saddam Hussain, learned counsel on record for the Revision Petitioners submits that the Tr.O.P.No.106 of 2023 filed before the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpet, for transferring O.S.No.109 of 2022 to the file of the Sub-Court, Maduranthakam, was allowed on 16.06.2023. Hence nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition and the issues raised have become infructuous. He has filed a copy of the e-Court status of the said Transfer Original Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file.

3.In view of the subsequent developments and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
