This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2020 and provide permission to conduct cultural program (Adal Padal) at Ayammal Temple premises in Raja Nagaram East, Vanganur Post, R.K.pet taluk, Thiruvallur District on 27.03.2020.

2. It is seen that the date i.e. 27.03.2020 on which the cultural programme was proposed to be conducted is already over and as such the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
