ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 21.03.2011 made in I.A.No.249 of 2011 in O.S.No.13 of 2005 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kancheepuram.
2. Though the petitioners have filed the civil revision petition against the order appointing Advocate Commissioner, when the civil revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that a direction may be issued to the trial Court for speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.13 of 2005.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, as the suit is of the year 2005, the learned
Subordinate Judge, Kancheepuram, is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.13 of 2005 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
