O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representations dated 10.03.2017 and 05.05.2017, submitted by her, in and by which, she sought to redress her grievances with regard to granting of incentive increments for acquiring the Post Graduate Degrees.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Government passed orders, granting incentive increments for the Teachers working in the Schools for acquiring the additional qualifications. In this regard, the learned counsel submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that though the petitioner has acquired Post Graduation Degree during 2002, her case was not considered for grant of incentive increments. In this regard, the learned counsel fairly submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representations submitted by her on 24.01.2017, 10.03.2017 and 05.05.2017. 3.Accordingly, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on various dates viz. on 24.01.2017, 10.03.2017 and 05.05.2017, for grant of incentive increments for acquiring Post Graduate Degree and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
