This contempt petition is filed for the alleged non-compliance of the order dated 23.07.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.22090 of 2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate has produced the letter No.14353/DAP-1/2015-3, dated 10.02.2016 from the Principal Secretary to Government addressed to the Tamil Nadu Differently Abled Specially Trained Teachers Welfare Association, complying with the order of this Court.

3. Hence, the contempt petition stands closed. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
