O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to accord police protection to the petitioner as sought vide representation dated 18.03.2020.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on complaint received from the petitioner dated 18.03.2020, the respondent police had registered FIR in Cr. No.159 of 2020 and referred the complaint to Revenue Divisional Officer for initiation of proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. Now the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matter has been taken on the file of Revenue Divisional Officer, Ambattur and it is pending.

3. Considering the above submission, on summons, the petitioner and the counter parties are directed to appear before the Revenue Divisional Officer for initiation of proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
