Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.4772/A2/2017 dated 30.1.2018, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to grant approval to the appointment of Ms.N.Sharmila Begum with effect from 7.6.2017 in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher, without insisting upon TET qualification, with all consequential service benefits. O R D E R

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the proposal sent by the school for grant of approval of appointment was returned on account of certain queries raised by the competent education authorities.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that all the queries raised by the first respondent-District Elementary Educational Officer has already been answered by the second respondent-Assistant Elementary Education Officer.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner that the queries/clarifications sought for by the first respondent has already been replied by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent, the first respondent shall take a decision in the matter of grant of approval of appointment strictly by following the rules in force and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
