This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceeding in Spl.Sessions Case No.106 of 2022 on the file of Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that already the trial has been commenced. After commencement of trial, the quash petition cannot be entertained.

4. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceeding in Spl.Sessions Case No.106 of 2022 on the file of Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruppur.
