The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, placing on

record that this Court while dismissing the suit as withdrawn had not granted warrant of release of the ship which had been arrested pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 27.02.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. As the suit itself had been dismissed as "withdrawn" in terms of the settlement that had been arrived at between the parties, the Registry is directed to issue warrant of release of ship forthwith.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to communicate the warrant of release of the ship through E-mail. 18-06-2026 GBA Note:- Issue order copy today.
