ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1096 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33688 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1096 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33688 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
