ORDER
The revision petition is filed by the petitioner questioning the correctness of the order dated 08.4.2015 passed by the Court below under Section 144 of Cr.PC. in M.C. No.64 of 2015 prohibiting the petitioner from entering into the Puducherry region for a period of two months or till any further orders are passed by the competent authority revoking this prohibition as per law.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order itself is about to expire on 06.6.2015. 3.
In view of the above submission, the Criminal Revision petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
