ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the Respondents herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2019 and ensure that the service roads, at Perambalur -Tanjore Road, and between the Ariyalur Railway Station - Sillakudi Railway Station, in which the Petitioner's Petrol Bunk at 323/4A, ready to use for the public along with the use of road over bridge and to extend the fullest cooperation to finish construction of the approach roads within a limited time frame as deem fit by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 17.10.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already considered.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
