The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 304(2) of IPC, in Crime No.42 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after investigation, further action against the petitioner is dropped.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this petition is closed.
