The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking direction against the learned District Munsif of Sankarapuram to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.134 of 2016 on the file of the learned District Munsif of Sankarapuram and conclude the same within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
According to the revision petitioner, the first and second respondents have filed a suit in OS.No.134 of 2016 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Sankarapuram. In the aforesaid suit,
the first and second respondents have also filed an application in IA.No.647 of 2017 under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Civil Procedure Code to implead a third party as the third defendant in the said suit. The revision petitioner has made an endorsement raising no objection for allowing the said application. The aforesaid suit is pending before the court below. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court to expedite the proceedings in the suit within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the court below to dispose of the IA.No.647 of 2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Thereafter, the court below is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.134 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
