Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to regularize the service of the petitioner on the date on which he completed ten years of service on daily wages by applying G.O.Ms.No.22, Personnel and Administrative Department dated 28.02.2006 and consequently direct the respondents to disburse all service and monetary benefits to the petitioner within a period that may specified by this Court.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner has attained the age of 60, hence the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
