O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 08.01.2018, who is seeking for patta to the property which is allegedly in her possession.

2. It is seen from the representation that the petitioner has not specifically mentioned for which property she is seeking for a patta. The description of the property is completely silent both in the representation as well as in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition.

3. This Court cannot give directions in a mechanical fashion unless the representation specifies the property for which the patta is sought for. The representation is completely bereft of particulars. On such a representation, no directions can be given to the respondent.

4. This Court does not find any merits in the Writ Petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
