This petition has been filed by the accused for quashing the F.I.R., in Crime No.1061 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent on the ground that the accused have amicably settled all the issues with one R.Srinivasan, the defacto complainant. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent. 3.Now, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent that the investigation in Crime No.1061 of 2015 has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in C.C.No.2931 of 2015. The said statement is recorded.

4.Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report on the ground that the accused and the defacto complainant have amicably arrived at settlement.
