W.A.No.2845 of 2019 and C.M.P.No.18312 of 2019 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and SUBRAMONIUM PRASAD, J.

Learned counsel for the appellant Management of the Transport Corporation submits that the order has been partly complied with by reinstatement and so far as 50% backwages are concerned, the same shall be paid to the respondent petitioner within four weeks.

2.In view of the aforesaid undertaking given before us, we close this proceedings with liberty to the respondent petitioner to approach this Court by means of a contempt petition in the event the direction pertaining to 50% backwages are not complied with.
