O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to transfer the patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's online application dated 22.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that by virtue of the partition deed registered as Document No.868 of 2025 dated 19.05.2025, the petitioner is the owner of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition. The petitioner also claims that he is in possession of the same. The petitioner had submitted an online application with the 2nd and 3rd respondents on 22.01.2026, seeking for transfer of patta for the said property in his name. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's application seeking for transfer of patta is

considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other third party whom the 3rd respondent deem it fit to enquire, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's online application. Since no adverse orders are passed as against the 4th respondent, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's online application dated 22.01.

2026, seeking for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after granting due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other third party whom the 3rd respondent deem fit, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
