Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 3 and 5.
2. By consent of both the counsels, the writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage.
3. The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the 5th respondent to consider the representation dated 11.05.2015 and pass orders.
4. Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 3 and 5 submitted that the 5th respondent may be directed to consider the representation and pass orders within a stipulated time.
5. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that election is scheduled to be held on 25.05.2015.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the fact that election is scheduled to be held on 25.05.2015, I direct the 5th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 24.05.2015.
