ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the Tender Notification No.09/2018/19 dated 12.07.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the tender notification, which is under challenging in this writ petition, has already been cancelled by the 2nd respondent by a subsequent notification dated 07.08.2018. Therefore, according to the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, this writ petition is dismissed. It is, however, made clear that if the petitioner still has any grievance regarding the conduct of the respondents, it is always open for him to approach the appropriate forum as per law. No costs. Consequently, connected WMPs are closed.
