Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to surrender of the petitioner and to execute sureties, as per the order of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11074 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.9121 of 2024 dated 05.08.2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
