PRAYER : Writ petition filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of mandamus to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.04.2017 and other association in the area of MGR Street, Rajiv Nagar, Ward 7, Thiruverkadu, Thiruvallur and forbearing the respondents herein from in any manner opening or stocking locating any kind of Bar or TASMAC shop in S.F.No.111/2 MGR Street or in and around Rajiv Nagar, Ward No.7, Thiruverkadu, Noombal Revenue Village, Maduravoyal Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the order passed by a Division Bench of this court in W.P.No. 12294 of 2012 etc., batch cases, dated 11.5.2017, which covers the issue involved in this writ petition as well, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. Therefore, she submits that the writ petition may be closed.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader is not disputing the above said fact. Accordingly, by recording the above submissions made by the respective parties, the writ petition is closed.
No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
