The petitioner seeks bail in respect of Crime No.84 of 2020 registered against him under Sections 294 (b), 392, 397 and 506 (ii) of IPC.
2. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to the Judicial custody on 07.03.2020.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are three other cases registered against the petitioner. The learned Sessions Judge has also observed that the petitioner is a habitual offender.
4. In view of the same, considering the prevailing situation, I do not think that it would be safe to enlarge bail to the petitioner. Hence the petition is dismissed for the present.
