ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.36680 of 2016, by order dated 03.11.2016, directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 03.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
